Dr. Johnson has over 28 years of experience working with K-12 students. For 13 years he served as an EC Teacher in grades K-12. Also, he has served as a School Administrator for eight years. For the past two years, he has served as Director / Principal of Alternative Learning Programs and Schools. Currently, he operates the motivational speaking and training firm, Optimal Learning Solutions, LLC in Asheville, North Carolina.
